With the help of innovative technology and a sleek, clear interface, customers can pour their own drinks at will, getting the exact amount and type they want without having to wait on serving staff.

At Aviator Brew Hub, we don’t have a traditional bar. Through our engaging staff, self-pour tap system, and interactive displays, customers can skip the wait at the bar and dive right into exploring new brews. This means spending more time hanging out, playing cornhole, listening to music, sharing stories, or enjoying food truck eats.
So how does it work?
So how do you get a drink without stepping up to the bar? When you come into Aviator Brew Hub, you will show ID, either open a tab or prepay, and we’ll give you your personal key card.
Walk over to the pour wall, grab a glass or a flight of glasses off the shelf, and insert the card into the card-reader slot below the taps you want to use. Pour as much or as little as you like, put your card back in your pocket, and go hang out!
When you’re ready to try something else, grab a fresh glass and carry on. Before you leave, close out your tap, and don’t forget to grab a few cans to go.
In my experience, one of the biggest benefits of self-pour systems is the freedom to experiment with different beers or even explore combinations. Instead of committing to a full pint of a single beer, I prefer to sample a variety, find my favorites, and enjoy a broader experience in one sitting.
